    Maintenance Contracts

    A. Preventive maintenance which includes 2 (two) visits per year during which planned preventive maintenance work will be carried out at the PV station in accordance with Appendix 1 and a technical report of actions, faults and suggestions will be delivered B. Daily monitoring of the PV plant regarding its operation, comparative assessment of the performance of the parks and their availability C. Monthly dispatch of operation, fault and performance reports with graphical representations of production, specific production, sunshine and temperatures and their evolution over the months.

    D. Unlimited number of emergency interventions in the event of a breakdown which is not due to local conditions (eg PPC interruption) and cannot be repaired remotely. In this case, and within 24 hours, a specialized workshop will attend the project and will determine the damage, will restore it if simple spare parts are required or will use spare parts from the park, or will inform the respective supplier if a replacement of some material that is not covered by the factory warranty is required warranty (e.g. low switch, communication board, camera etc.)

    E. Management of guarantees – insurance coverage in the event of damage, the diagnosis and processing of the request (claim) with the manufacturer, for the replacement of the equipment under the guarantee, or technical report and follow-up of the request to the insurance company, in the event that either the hardware is out of warranty or the manufacturer does not exist.
